Most people think of SEO as “keywords.” I’ve always looked at it as architecture.
My background is deeply rooted in Technical SEO. During my career and time at Sykes Holiday Cottages, I have worked on sites with millions of pages, complex infrastructure, and fierce competition. I have learned that you can work with talented individuals who write the best content in the world, but if the “plumbing” is broken, you lose.
This is even more true for AI.
Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude are hungry for data. But they need that data to be structured, logical, and technically sound.

I work full-time in the industry, which means my consultancy is a deliberate choice, not a volume game.
I am not an agency. I don’t have account managers, I don’t outsource, and I don’t need to hit “sales targets.”
